Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
• Provide safety training and education programs to employees at all levels
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and compliance efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a safety role, preferably in a construction or field service environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
