Pay : $50000 - $60000 / year (depending on experience)

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description
We are looking to hire an accounts payable specialist with an analytical mind and fantastic organizational skills. AP Specialists are expected to be detail oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines.
To ensure success, AP Specialists should be critical thinkers, proficient in math and accurate with a solid understanding of account and financial reporting principles and practices. Top candidates will have outstanding report writing skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
Duties:
Lead new accounts payable initiatives in regards to the manually voucher matching of all inventory invoices
Helping with their real-estate side and working with critical suppliers for the company
Help verify payables manually while they finalize moving to actual 3-way auto PO system
Working heavily in Excel to match invoices/payables and perform audit of payable items
Evaluate and reconcile all vendor statements and manage all inquiries
Assist with AP reporting and analysis
Once manual process is complete In the future will Coordinate with various departments and to ensure packing slip, invoice and purchase order are received (3 way match)
Update all account payable data and ensure accuracy
Requirements:
3+ years in AP
Advanced Excel Skills are required (pivot tables, v-looks up and formulas) are required
High-volume processing experience is required
Experience in Oracle, Monarch, or Alteryx experience is preferred - please ask if candidates have this OR another major ERP system experience
