Job Description Position Title: Personnel Security Assistant II Reports To: The Customer and Project Manager Clearance Type: Active Top Secret Work Location: Washington D.C. Metro Area Job Description: Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program. This position focuses on administrative personnel security functions/data entry. This position is considered to be an emergency response position and may be required to deploy to an Emergency Relocation Site in the Washington DC metro area for exercises or actual incidents. Exercises requiring deployment occur every other year and last one to two days typically. Summary of duties include but not limited to: * * Utilize the National Background Investigations Services (NBIS) System for data entry and other incorporated functions * High volume detailed data entry dedicated as sole "User"/data entry for Quality Assessment Rating Tool (QART) Repository * Case review of closed background investigation completeness based on the Federal Investigative Standards * Background Investigation Tracking Spreadsheets * Background Investigation Completion Letters * Background Investigation Data Entry into FPPS for completed investigations. * Initiation of all national security investigations * Case review of all cases for issues and document for adjudicators * Review investigation reports * Visit Access Requests
