In support of this mission, the Elliott School s Office of Undergraduate Academic Advising seeks an outstanding individual to be an Academic Advisor, ESIA Undergraduate Advising. The Undergraduate Academic Advising team proudly provides advising services for approximately 2,000 diverse, talented, and purpose-driven undergraduate students. Through individual and group sessions, workshops, and programs, the team empowers students to develop goals, navigate academic programs, use available resources, and explore the field of international affairs.
Specific Duties Include:
Performs other work-related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
The undergraduate academic advising team is composed of general academic advisors, senior academic advisors, two assistant directors, a director, and an administrative coordinator who work in a highly collaborative and supportive work environment. Core to the engagement of staff, the Office supports opportunities, both on campus and beyond, for professional development. This is a hybrid position with some days on-campus and some days remote.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
