Job Title: Credit Union Branch Manager
Location: Northern Virginia (Must be able to commute to Washington DC and Reston if needed)
Salary: Up to $63,000 per year + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of branch management/supervisor experience
Clearance Requirement: Candidates must pass background, drug, and credit checks. No major debt, bad credit, etc.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staff supervision, customer service, sales, and compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service to members.
Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and achieve sales targets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Monitor branch performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Represent the credit union at community events and networking opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of branch management or supervisor experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
