**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Film, Edit, & Produce Video Projects Assignedby Team Leaders

* Collaborate with Marketing Team for Promotional/Marketing Material

* Assist Lead Photographer with Photography Projects

* Photography work may include:

+ Interior, Exterior, and Aerial photographs of rental properties for Railey Vacations, Will O The Wisp, and Suites at Silver Tree

+ Coverage of Local Events and Festivals

+ Seasonal & Scenery Photography

+ Editing and Uploading Photos to Property Management Software

+ Staff/Manager Headshots

* Assist in Measuring, Drawing, and Completion of Floor Plans for Rental Homes

**Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:**

* 2+ Years of Film/Photography Experience

* Proficiency with Social Media

* Proficiency with Video Editing Software

* Ability to Work Independently and With a Team

* Strong Work Ethic

* Ability to Complete Work in a Timely Manner

* Initiative and Creativity for Assignments Given

* Must have own transportation

**Desired Skills and Competencies:**

* Experience in Adobe Software preferred

* Bachelors Degree in Film or Photography preferred

* Experience with Real Estate Photography a plus
