The purpose of the Corporate & Franchise Real Estate Development Director is to provide strategic leadership and execution of new traditional restaurants, as well as fuel stations, travel centers and franchise restaurant development in a profitable, sustainable, yet accelerated pace. Leads real estate planning and execution for US company or franchise development, including DMA market planning for new restaurants and relocations. Provides execution of the market plans by leading a team of company or franchise development (real estate) professionals for the procurement of new restaurant sites and relocations. Responsibilities include portfolio/asset management, Build-to-Suit Program Fz onboarding, and company or franchise new build program management.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidates job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 25% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance. Director and above roles are also eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive award program.
