Requirements

What Will You Do?
  • Greet pet parents and their four-legged fur babies and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
  • Provide a high level of hospitality for our pet parents
  • Champion teamwork amongst the support staff
  • Call our clients to remind them of lapsed patient care
  • Call clients to check in aftercare received
  • Manage the appointment schedule
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from clients and vet practices
  • Keep our reception area clean and well-stocked
  • Answer client questions and provide information and education as needed

You Have:
  • A love of animals and passion for the animal-human bond
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing receptionist positions
  • Experience in the veterinary industry is helpful but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems
