About the Job:
Provide support to the SVP through calendar management, meeting coordination, drafting correspondence, and compiling briefing books.
Draft emails, briefing memos, and various other communications from the SVP to internal/external stakeholders.
Track relevant social media pertaining to SVP's portfolio and draft social media posts.
Arrange travel/meetings and develop itineraries, PowerPoints, meeting logistics, and agendas.
Other duties as assigned.
About You:
Bachelor's degree is required.
2+ years of executive support experience, ideally with c-level executives and board members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requests simultaneously.
Proficient in writing clear business correspondence and documents.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to exercise judgment under pressure.
Demonstrated discretion and basic understanding of operations, finance, and business strategy.
