We are looking for experienced retail store assistant manager with a genuinely positive personality and strong retail experience both on the front end (customer service) and back end (inventory management, shop operations etc). Weekend availability is a must. Pay based on retail management experience in the range of $15 to $22/hour.

Job requirements:

Accurately checking out customers, managing cash and credit transactions

Energetic, positive, and can-do attitude

Organize staff schedules

Provide unmatched customer service

Managing huge inventory of products, receiving shipments, controlling loss/shrink

Recording, pricing and displaying merchandise

Excellent computer and tablet usage abilities to update POS data, ecommerce site and social media

Hiring and training seasonal staff

Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day and ability to lift up to 25lbs

Motivated to clean and tidy up the shop *constantly* and throughout the day to keep shop in pristine condition
