**Your Role:**

At Tenable, ensuring a positive customer experience is critical to our mission as the leading cyber exposure company. The Associate Total Customer Experience designer will be the key point person in ensuring a smooth journey for our customers across all products and solutions. The Associate CX Designer will create a compelling experience for users; from the time they first hear about our solutions all the way to adoption in their own security programs. The role will ensure the Customer Journey is delivering value through all stages.

The associate will need to possess strong creative, process, technical and problem-solving skills. The CX design role may involve psychology, storytelling, process design and computer science as well. Areas of focus may include content, controls, flow charts, visual design and development, information architecture, user research, branding and customer/technical support. The position helps facilitate design, process improvements, and issues coming from a wide variety of Tenable sources in order to execute tactically throughout the company. As the office is a vital collaborative relationship builder, the Associate TCE CX designer will need to be a good communicator. Creativity, passion and attention to detail are also keys to success in this field.

**Your Opportunity:**

* Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects to strengthen the overall Tenable experience.

* Consulting with clients to understand their goals and explaining research results

* Conducting cross-functional communication and prioritization as well as working with a variety of stakeholders to:

* Creating wireframes, storyboards, workflows, sitemaps and screen flows

* Creating workflow prototypes

* Developing personas and usage scenarios

* Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience

* Assisting with content development

* Conducting competitor and customer analysis

* Investigate and implement tooling

**What You'll Need:**

* 1-3 years relevant design work experience in a B2B company in growth mode

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* Active listener who can understand challenges and prioritize objectives.

* A great communicator and collaborator

* Excellent writing and presentation skills

* Professional experience working with teams in any of product, support, sales, or marketing roles

* A data-driven, strategy mindset; highly motivated, team oriented and able to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.

* Professional project management skills in a corporate, cross functional environment.

* Knowledge and use of task management and planning tools.

* Travel at least 15% of the time to headquarters as needed

**And ideally:**

* Attention to detail, but a focus on the big picture

* Familiarity with customer experience programs

* Familiarity with NPS programs and customer feedback behaviors
