Reports To: Warehouse Assistant Manager Kossi Afantchao

Warehouse 2nd Shift Supervisor Eric Canady

As a Warehouse Associate you will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of your department.

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily walkthroughs to confirm warehouse is suitable for daily operations
Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse while maintaining all safety protocols and company procedures
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, supply rooms and other designated areas
Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Determine proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities
Keep accurate records on the use and/or damage of stock and stock handling equipment
Examine and inspect items for wear or defects prior to use; reporting any damage to supervisors
Provide assistance and/or direction to other warehouse or freezer workers
Use fully functioning warehouse equipment (i.e., Forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, etc.) to drop and move freight throughout warehouse, while maintaining all safety and company procedures
Work in containers unloading freight
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
OSHA Certification to operate a Forklift (Preferred)
Experience in working with RF Funs and Barcode System
High School Diploma or equivalent
Problems-solving skills
Critical thinking skills
Leadership and coaching skills
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
Understanding of RF Guns and barcoding
Understanding of transferring of products of REDOCK (Preferred)
Communicate with supervisors in various departments
Daily discipline and the ability to prioritize, which allows the individual to dominate their daily checklist
Professionalism, accountability, accuracy, and integrity
Ability to work and cooperatively with others
Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Ability to enter and maneuver in confined spaces
Willingness to comply with company guidelines in reference to appropriate warehouse attire
Willingness to work in order to complete such tasks associated with the company on a daily schedule
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -3 degrees Fahrenheit
