Job description
As DealerOn's Desktop Engineer you will be part of an IT team that provides internal end-user support and basic account administration. The successful Desktop Engineer will be creative and a strong problem-solver, joining a team of capable IT Desktop Engineers dedicated to supporting the company's computing resources and infrastructure. This is a hybrid position that will require working onsite in our Headquarters office in Derwood, MD. It will be fully onsite for the first 2-3 months during training. Once up to speed, it will be 1-2 days per week in the office. Local candidates only. Essential Functions:Provide support and troubleshooting services to a fleet of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other related peripherals. Answer and resolve support cases in a timely manner and with emphasis on strong customer service. Install and configure software and applications for workstation distribution.
