Job description

Job Summary:The Quality Assurance Manger oversees the Quality Control Program and enforces adherence to the ISO standards and procedures.Assigned to the development, administration, and daily functions of the quality control program, this position shall be fully trained in their areas of responsibility including - instruction and procedure development; product quality monitoring; inspection techniques; and inspection data management and analysis.Pay Rate: Up to $90,000 per yearShift: Monday - Friday, Day ShiftEssential Job Functions:Establish and maintain quality standards for services renderedRecommend any necessary adjustments and changes to PM processes.Inspect and test the services and equipment maintained.Perform inspections at random to assess quality of services.Complete weekly and monthly QC checks on completed preventative and reactive maintenance work tickets.Ensure accurate completion of assigned work tickets for maintenance tasks.Manage quality management plans and supporting documentation to ensure that projects are completed on budget, on schedule, within scope, and in conformance with applicable regulations and guidelines.Assist with logistics and administrative duties as needed.Assist with clerical and physical tasks in connection with shipping goods and receiving incoming shipments.Cataloging property use and material coordination through technical supply management, provisioning, data analysis.Maintains logistical databases and materials lists.Support PM in developing integrated logistics support.Ensure operations and maintenance contract scope is understood by site team.Attend required stakeholder meetings, training programs, and reinforce requirements within the team.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills, Experience, and Education:High School diploma or equivalentBachelors degree in occupational health and safety, busines management, statistics or related, preferred2 years of related experience Quality Control, Quality Assurance, ISO Standards, or relatedExperience using CMMS systemsExperience in working in operations and maintenance in commercial buildingsOSHA 10/ 30 certification, preferredUSACE QCM, preferredAbility to multi-task and lead a project to completionExcellent verbale and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAnalytical and problem solving skillsPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:The individual must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required.Walking, stepping, climbing or otherwise moving from one location on the job site to another.Visually seeing equipment operations well (either naturally or with corrective lenses).Exposure to computer screens, monitors and other screens as necessary.Sitting for periods of time.Standing, stooping kneeling, squatting, climbing or sitting for long periods of time.Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and back in performance of work.Working at elevated heights.Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions. Adapting to outdoor conditions and prolonged exposure to sometimes adverse weather conditions.Remaining calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident.Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week including weekend assignments and holidays as required.Ability to ift and/or carry up to 50lbs.Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentWorking Environment:Work takes place in a commercial facility with indoor/ outdoor exposure.
