Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architect for a full time opportunity in Reston, VA. The successful candidate will specialize in project and system integration, focusing on dataset collection and exploitation to support the US Government's operational needs. This role involves conducting assessments, providing consultations, and developing strategies for data acquisition and exploitation in collaboration with various partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dataset collection and exploitation for operational needs.
  • Consult with partners inside and outside the organization for data strategy.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data formats.
  • Produce technical documentation for operational use.
  • Triage and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Develop requirements for testing applications and systems for data management.
  • Engage in image analysis and processing.
  • Transfer and handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Prepare task plans, documentation, and activity reports.
  • Develop data ingestion tools and databases.
  • Perform data modeling, testing, and documentation.
  • Work closely with users to define requirements.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with data collection and exploitation on mobile apps.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in image analysis tools like Photoshop.
  • Experience in developing data ingestion tools and building databases.
  • Strong background in data modeling, testing, and documentation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and produce detailed task documentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly Desired Skills:
  • Experience with the Sponsor's technical collection.
  • Proficiency in Sponsor's classified datasets and data collection tools.
