Choose us and make delivering innovative solutions part of your extraordinary career.What You ll Get to Do:Serve as the Transition Lead for the Division supporting start up and close-out of projects with in the DivisionCollaborate with program and technical leads to continuously improve program operations and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical capabilitiesProvide subject matter expertise to solve complex mission problems, and contribute to new business pursuits, including proposals.Help craft new solutions that address gaps and mission needs.Specific Responsibilities Include:Deliver operational excellence by working with program teams and functional organizations to exceed technical, schedule, cost and quality objectivesTrack completion of actions assigned to various project teamsLead planning and start-up for emergent projects developing ROMs, building teams, establishing roles and responsibilitiesImplement effective stakeholder communications to influence others, including executive-level leadership meetings, presentations, reports, and addressing issues and concernsYou ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelors DegreeAt least 12 years of relevant experience, including a successful track record overseeing projects or programs of varying sizeExperience with R&D, quick reaction capability (QRC) and/or rapid prototyping projectsExperience working in a DoD environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic work environmentMust possess a current Top Secret SCI clearanceThese Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:Prior military experienceSignals Intelligence and/or Electronic Warfare experienceWhat We Can Offer You:We ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation s highest priorities.For over 60 years, the principles of CACI s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Company Overview:CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
