Responsibilities:
- Prepare, validate, and submit invoices and status reports
- Manage Accounts Receivable issues and ensure timely payments
- Run functional meetings and collaborate on process improvements
- Interface with clients to resolve receivables disputes tactfully
- Analyze receivables data, make informed decisions, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- 3- 5 years of billing experience in a government contracting environment
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with CostPoint 7 or newer
- Proficient with Excel
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred though additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Preferred experience with order-to-cash processes in a government contracting environment
- Experience with Oracle and SharePoint preferred
