Seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our team in Ijamsville, MD Ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience in building maintenance or general handyman services - Certification is beneficial but not mandatory Responsibilities: Drywall patching, repairs Painting Light carpentry and electrical Light Demolition, carpet removal, trash removal Drive van/truck, stock & clean van, pick up materials for jobs Must be able to wear half and full-face respirator Qualifications: Experience/Skills Desired (but will train the right individual): Building maintenance General maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and restoration work (not required) Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver s license, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and criminal background check. Compensation: $23 - $30 hourly
