Responsibilities
Duties:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical personnel, including cyber engineers, systems engineers, and system administrators.
- Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Systems Engineering:
- Apply systems engineering principles to design, develop, and maintain complex IT systems.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create scalable and reliable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Cyber Engineering:
- Manage cybersecurity aspects of infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Implement security measures, conduct regular audits, and address vulnerabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and recommend protective measures.
- IT Engineering:
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and enhancements.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 yearsof relevant experience in systems engineering, cyber engineering, IT engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and familiarity with cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
