We are seeking experienced sales representatives for a full-time position offering a base salary plus uncapped commission potential. On-target earning potential will be between $80,000 to $90,000 (including commissions) in the first year. This position will focus on new business development. Leads are 50% self generated through cold calls to businesses provided on call lists and 50% generated through the company's marketing and insides sales call center teams.

Essential Duties:
Cold call and market our Payroll and H.R products and services to businesses to close sales
New business development through direct prospecting efforts and networking
Schedule and run presentations/ demos with executives, business owners, and decision makers in person or using online platforms such as Skype, Zoom, GoogleMeet, RingCentral etc.
Other related duties
Qualifications:
2+ years of b2b sales experience
2+ years of lead generation and business development
A valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
High School Diploma or GED required
Experienced with online video meeting platforms such as Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, RingCentral etc.
