The Deployments Coordinator must foster strong working relationships with the customer, coordinate modernization efforts among the team and with the customer to minimize user impact, and consistently promote a culture of exemplary customer service.

The Deployments Coordinator plans, coordinates and executes deployment related task with team members. The Deployments Coordinator must foster strong working relationships with the customer, coordinate modernization efforts among the team and with the customer to minimize user impact, and consistently promote a culture of exemplary customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of endpoint modernization tasks.
- Support Operations Manager and Program Manager in developing modernization plans.
- Plan, manage, and direct endpoint modernization activities, to include identifying and tasking resources based on expertise and availability to meet schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with customer and stakeholders to execute modernization activities with minimal impact to the user community.
- Write and update user guides, technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and other documentation required for the support services to the Endpoint Modernization operations.
- Track and manage tickets; provide input for updates CMDB and inventory database.
- Consistently present a customer-centric and strive to promote a customer-centric culture among the team.
- Generate various reports/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.
- Plan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members, including processes, plans, and procedures.
- SECRET clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a project coordinator.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing endpoint modernization activities.
- Demonstrated management and supervision of employees.
- High level of technical skills in desktop environments.
