Some examples of responsibilities include:Develop in-depth knowledge of client issues, needs, and contextsShare insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner through both written presentations/reports and interactions with teams/clientsWork with client stakeholders and working groups to develop process maps, project plans,and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvementLead discrete deliverables and / or workstreamsSupport approving, initiating, planning, executing, and closing out projectsSupport the planning and management of meeting logistics, materials, and follow up actionsCoordinate and provide logistical support for briefings, workshops, working groups, integrated project teams, committees, conferences, boards, and additional operation activitiesDesign, issue, and analyze program surveys to identify opportunities for program improvementsDevelop correspondence for program leads to be sent to key stakeholdersDevelop program collateral in the Google Suite, including Google Documents, Google Slides, and Google SheetsProactively identify program risks, and deploy mitigation strategiesThe Ideal Candidate:At Censeo, we are looking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm will help shape Censeo s client insights and workplace culture. Experience within the General Services Administration (GSA)highly valuedProgram management certification(ex.
