Duties/Responsibilities

Understand the data and legal processing requirements for all types of forfeiture.Maintain a working knowledge of the duties of all positions under area of supervision; and the daily operations of each area of responsibility.Ensure training for project staff complies with company and contractual requirements.Support lead staff with identifying issues with staff performance and develop short and long-term solutions.Develop lead staff to supervise and train their direct reports.Conduct routine quality reviews of deliverables and services provided in support of assigned projects/contracts.Work with the Program Manager to coordinate project operations based on existing workload.Institute policies/approaches to maintain standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity.Hold primary accountability for contract operations, performance, compliance, and customer relations.Ensure that required staffing levels are met to maintain workload; and provide security forms for newly hired personnel within the designated time frame.Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual staffing and productivity reports for the project.Serve as the managerial point of contact (POC) for the client on behalf of the company.

Minimum Requirements

U.S. Citizen.Bachelor's degree.Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.Three years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing data analysis and legal assistance related to asset forfeiture.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing.Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
