Job Summary

TYLin is seeking a Project Manager to join our TYLin | Greeley and Hansen Water Solutions Team. The Project Manager will provide expertise in project delivery and management with the expectation to managing various projects and/or programs. This is a field-based position at the client office: Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant at 5000 Overlook Drive, SW, Washington, DC 20032.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Mentoring staff, providing career guidance and supporting their growth while following our core valuesDevelop and maintain client relationships with existing and new clients to understand their future needs and ensure that their expectations are being metManaging projects at the following stages: planning, design, office services during construction and post-construction monitoring, and maintaining schedule and budgetManaging maintenance of green infrastructure and stormwater facilitiesIdentify and lead business development pursuits, including positioning and preparation of proposals, to presenting during interviewsManaging staff assignments and workload to increase efficiency while helping staff achieve career objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in engineering or closely related field.A P.E. license is required, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater, green infrastructure design, planning, construction management, business development, and program management.Client-focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
