Job Description Salary:Modulus is an environmental and construction engineering and services firm based in Washington, D.C., specializing in construction, environmental services, hazardous material remediation, demolition, industrial hygiene, stormwater management, occupational health and safety, emergency response, and facility condition assessments. Modulus is a rapidly growing small business with great opportunities for advancement. Therefore, we seek to expand our team and onboard a full-time person to manage some of our local and federal projects. Tasks will include but are not limited to managing construction projects, personnel management, and preparing documentation for projects. In addition, this individual will work with the Operations Manager and Project Administrative team to aid and provide guidance to ensure program compliance and maximize operational efficiencies. The Project Manager position involves managing numerous projects at one time. This includes estimating, submitting project documents, assembling a team, acquiring supplies, and overseeing Field Supervisors.

Responsibilities:Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Support company vision, policies, procedures, and safety/training programs, perform accordingly and pass along to other employeesTo be familiar with each job's specifications and ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standardsAttending client meetings.RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.Attend site visits for potential jobs.Assist in estimating potential jobs.Work with the operations team to effectively start and close out projects.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (Business, Operations, Engineering)5+ years of Project management experienceUnderstanding of construction safety, hazardous materials, environmental, and construction principles and proceduresMust be able to maintain confidentiality and trust when dealing with complex, sensitive, and confidential issuesComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working in cross-cultural environments

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Professional Engineering LicenseExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM softwareAsbestos, lead and demolition experienceAbility to read civil plans and spec sheetsSpeaks Spanish
