ClusterTruck shift managers have the skills, work ethic, and ability to run shifts smoothly in conjunction with or in the absence of a salaried manager.

* Maintain complete menu knowledge & ensure all meals are consistently prepared to meet ClusterTruck standards

* Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained
