is seeking a strong Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager will oversee the installation and completion of larger (smaller) scale projects. Youmust be a multi-tasker who has excellent organizational, time management, and communicationskills, and can effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. At thestart of each project, you will collaborate with sales and GM/VP to discuss the scope and budget.Then you will monitor each phase, ensuring the staff works efficiently and that the final productmeets our client s expectations.

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDetermine project roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each teammemberProvide all necessary contract documents to AccountingSolicit subcontractor bids and award Sub AgreementsWork with inhouse design team to determine cost effective approach andcontrol materials within specificationsManage relationship with the client and all project stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with vendorsCoordinate purchase and delivery of control materialsOversee all incoming and outgoing project documentsRequirements and QualificationsBachelor s degree or relevant experienceAdditional degrees or certifications a plus3-5 years of prior technical or project management experience is desiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAble to travel to job site in the DMV area - no additional travel required!Familiar with MS Office SuiteFlexible schedule
