Overview:Seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee operations for a university campus consisting of 65 buildings.Responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, and risk standards.Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of project management with minimal oversight, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.Act as the primary liaison with the client, presenting confidently and effectively communicating project status.Execute quality improvement and ground-up construction projects, particularly focusing on HVAC, chiller, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.Demonstrate a "do whatever it takes" mentality, including occasional weekend availability.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in general contracting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Project, and Adobe; experience with Bluebeam preferred.Strong budget and schedule management skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Familiarity with HVAC, chiller, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects.Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
