Business Analyst at Booz Allen, you'll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero t rus t. In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our clients. You'll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users' roles within them.You'll apply knowledge of IAM solutions, policies, and frameworks to conceptualize, design, and implement secure access management solutions. You will support risk management and governance policies and structures that will improve the security posture of large organizations.You'll assess the existing client environment and provide recommendations for governance steering committees that process and address various IAM programs.You will work with a team to analyze emerging IAM te chn ologies to design and implement IAM solutions that support both internal and external users. The world can't wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with applying expertise in consultative project management in an IT environment, including leading teams across a wide variety of IT and non-IT environments, schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management

3+ years of experience with supporting enterprise CIAM products solution delivery with Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or IBM

Experience with developing executive briefings on major initiatives, incorporating findings from industry research, and best practices

Experiencein interfacing with business clients to understand business needs and requirements and help develop and maintain the client relationship

Experience with documenting as-is and to-be business process workflows

Experience with functional aspects of the Identity Lifecycle, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver

Experience with presenting material to senior division, program, and government officials

Experience with analyzing design documents, business processes, SOP documentation, or user guides to identify areas of improvement and efficiency

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:Experience with cyber tools and the role they play in government environments

Experience with Agile software delivery projects using Scrum or Kanban

Experience with writing requirements as Features or User Stories

Possession of excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Master's degree in Management

CISSP, CISM, or CASP+ Certifications

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
