Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute quality assurance checks on outbound orders during fulfillment activities, and in performing research/ investigations to ensure the highest product quality for our customers and validate products meet company standards including, but not limited to, general product specifications, freshness, appearance, dating, packaging, labeling, weights and measures, etc.
  • Pull totes (or direct from the system) from the line to be audited
  • Print inquiry documents for each tote
  • Document missing / wrong /poor quality/extra items on tote document
  • Validate audit results for problem totes
  • Review results any tote error(s) with Operations Managers and Senior Supervisors for any tote with error(s)
  • Complete daily recap sheet at the end of the shift and present to Customer Service Manager
  • Communicate and Collaborate with inventory control to resolve any inventory issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Checking inbound chill fragile product to ensure it meets our quality standards
  • Checking stock in chill fragile for product that cannot be shipped to customers due to poor quality or expiration
  • Identify poor quality and out of date product, Make proper adjustments.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • Potential Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday
