+ Direct and drive all production distribution operations

+ Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations using ERP

+ Ensure that productivity is achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality control

+ Delegate authority to key supervisors in production, maintenance, and related operations

+ Collaborate with colleagues for staffing, training, and performance management

+ Create and implement a vision and operating strategy that measures the achievement and execution of company objectives and goals

+ Collaborate with colleagues for the execution of the quality control plan to ensure the product produced meets our high standards

+ Collaborate with colleagues in the development and implementation of safety protocols to reduce workplace hazards and injuries

+ Responsible for PA & CA Offices

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
