Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Mobile Networks Senior Course Developer

Location: Chantilly VA(on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

Compensation:Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end support for a mission critical operations and cybersecurity project for our government customer. You will be a part of a larger team compromised of additional project managers and Technical SME's and work in collaboration with other existing staff to help plan, lead and manage multiple project teams with various stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance

Minimum of three (3) years of experience (within the last 5 years) providing wireless cellular collection

Minimum of three (3) years of experience (within the last 5 years) training others on the technical aspects of cellular collection

Experience overseeing training curriculum programs

Experience training cellular technologies and protocols, basic radio frequency; telecommunications, data communications, and antenna theory

Experience training wired and wireless networking protocols, data communications technologies, internet (e.g. TCP/IP, IP Switching, network security, and VPN's)

Experience with operations of communications products (e.g. hubs, switches, routers), and Windows/Linux operating systems

Additional Qualifications:

Experience providing SIGINT collection training

Experience with operational tradecraft practices and the appropriate application of new and existing technology

Experience with other intelligence members and/or Law Enforcement agency partners, such as the FBI, US Marshals Service, or State Department

Bachelors' Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics, or a similar degree

Previous OCONUS experience conducting operations in various roles
