Delivery/Task Order PMO Director

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Task Order PMO Director. This position needs to be able to understand customer needs and support attainment of Strategy 2025. Compose winning proposals. Lead execution of delivery/task order opportunity and procurement responses. Develop and execute tactics to increase response quality, throughput, and win rate. Develop/improve knowledgebase content and traceability. Perform contract business development.

In this position, the successful candidate will:

* Support Vice President, Business Development in implementation of vehicle Go-to-Market.

* Meet or exceed revenue, profit, and win rates.

* Collaborate with CTO office to develop current need/future offering attainment strategies.

* Develop/maintain partnerships for responding to customer needs.

* Develop a realistic delivery/task order pipeline.

* Create and report on status dashboard.

**Required Skills**

* Advanced knowledge of and active proposal composition for responding to U.S. Federal Government and Department of Defense delivery and task order opportunities.

* Advanced understanding of all aspects of proposal process and proposal compliance validation methods.

* Advanced understanding of pricing requirements.

* Advanced, in-depth knowledge of proposal volume composition and content requirements.

**required Experience**

* 10 years of successful federal government proposal composition resulting in winning or high-scoring results.

* Understanding of and responding to regulation clauses.

* Advanced template development using Microsoft Office products.

* Skills application among multiple disciplines required for proposal composition and submission.

* Working within a federal contractor environment with auditable systems and certifications.
