**Junior Technical Support Specialist**

Come grow with us! Changeis is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be a crucial component to our operations.

We seek a self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. Candidates will be an integral part of operations with opportunities to improve processes and provide a foundation for the companys exponential growth.

This role will provide onsite IT support for end users, devices, and network resources in our corporate offices and remotely for our satellite offices nationally. Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair and manage IT hardware and software for our team. Support Office 365 and coordinate infrastructure upgrades as appropriate. Respond to queries, manage procurement and implementation of hardware/software solutions and review, monitor, and maintain overall workstation performance. Provide end-user training as needed, and support operations with automation and strategies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities include the below and other duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide friendly uncompromising help desk support for employees seeking technical assistance both on-site and remotely

* Full management of Office 365 including user configuration, troubleshooting and management of groups, applications and SharePoint

* Knowledge of security monitoring

* Maintain hardware as required; diagnosis and repair of defective hardware by replacing parts, installation of hardware upgrades and new devices

* Coordinate IT infrastructure upgrades and additions such as checking and applying applicable service packs and patches, including product procurement and implementation (hardware/software solutions)

* Laptop setup, deployment and audits

* Participate in process improvements including developing new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction

* Document IT-related processes and policies as needed

* Track hardware inventory and warranty status and related information

* Manage printers and other in-office technology

* Ensure antivirus signature updates occur per schedule

* Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned

* May need to lift and carry desktop equipment such as laptops, computers, and monitors

**Requirements:**

* BS in IT, Computer Science or relevant field preferred

* One or more preferred certifications Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office 365, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+

* Familiarity with ticketing system such as JIRA

* Ability to work independently and multi-task

* Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

* Subject Matter Expert understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

* Excellent communication skills, high level of proficiency in oral/written English

* Customer-oriented with the ability handle high volume requests

* Open-mindedness to learning of new technologies

* Familiarity with public sector contracts is helpful, but not required
