We offer excellent benefits and provide exceptional employee management.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide overall quality control of scanning team to ensure health records are scanned properly and quality standards are compliant with customer's specificationsProvide corrective actions for process improvement as needed to the scanning teamCompile and maintain evidence of Quality Assurance Review results, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing best practicesTrain team as necessary to ensure quality standards are being metPlan, perform and oversee inspection of scanned medical recordsEnsure scanning team is treating PII with proper security protocolsReport on results of quality activitiesCoordinate with customer's leadership quality assurance results and areas for improvement as neededAssist the Scanning Supervisor as neededMinimum Qualifications: Must demonstrate the following experience by start and stop employment dates in resume.2+ years of previous QA experience preferredCandidates with previous experience on document scanning projects strongly preferredPrevious EHR experience preferredStrong customer service skills requiredSuperb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologiesEducation Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
