What do we need from you?
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or supply chain field preferred.
- 5+ years of transportation and/or forwarding experience.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance procedures
- Experience with negotiation and benchmarking expectations.
- Experience with best practices for cultivating a customer-focused culture.
- Proven track record of building relationships and gaining credibility with customers, co-workers, and business partners.
- Able to travel, as needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
