Schedule: 5x8 DAYS - 7:30 AM to 4 PM EVENINGS - 4 PM to 12 AM
Pay Rate: $ 64
Overview: The Nurse Manager, will assume 24-hour responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.

Overview: The Nurse Manager, will assume 24-hour responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
Duties:
- Monitors current quality control plans
- Develop programs that foster continued clinical development
- Maintains required unit records, reports and statistics for administrative purpose, ensures compliance with hospital
- Evaluates daily operation of nursing units
- Develops staffing schedules and ensures adequate daily coverage
- Investigates and follows through with occurrences/incidents and completes reports as required.
- Responds to patient and family concerns or complaints with sensitivity and compassion in a timely fashion.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- NYS RN License
- AHA BLS - required
- 3-5 years of Charge Nurse Supervisory experience
