This is hybrid role, splitting time working remote and on client site.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile CeremoniesEngage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrationsImplement ServiceNow design solutions including system integrations and data analyticsBuild ServiceNow Web components, Workflows, and automationsExperienced working with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD or other ServiceNow modules or Salesforce Experience cloud ApplicationsConfigure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customersAdhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and use software development pipelineTest and debug complex software components and units.Develop product documentation as requestedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR10 years of comparable work experience5+ years of development experienceProficient in ServiceNow with ServiceNow certification or Salesforce certificationsExperience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/practicesExperience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management toolsExperience in integration with other systems (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft PowerPlatform)Experience building data analytics solutionsExperience with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps)Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development disciplineExceptional problem solving, and analytical skillsOrganized and methodical in development approachExperience working within large cross-functional teams. Must have excellent communications and presentation skills. Ability to work proficiently with MS Office and CRMProven ability to meet goals and deadlinesExceptional time management and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:ServiceNow CertificationSecurity Clearance Requirements:US citizenship, requiring a background check.Ability to obtain a SECRET ClearanceFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
