OverviewThe Director of Growth and Innovation will broaden the impact of V2X technical capabilities by engaging with the market and our customers to tell the V2X story as we continue to become the leader in the converged infrastructure market.ResponsibilitiesThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.Engage with Business Development team to identify new opportunities for growth in the Advanced Technology solution spaceAssist capture teams in weaving technology stories into proposalsWork with programs for successful technical implementations during phase in support of new programsWork with program owners to drive digital transformation to enable margin expansionWork with Developer community to expand core competence int he Technology services space in order to align with Federal/State/Local customer buying trendsWork with program stakeholders to expand Analytics capabilities to benefit from current internal investments in digital programsAbility to travel to project and customer locations up to 50%QualificationsA minimum of 10 years' experience of progressively more responsible capture management responsibilities or in general management with broad knowledge of business development and marketing support activitiesA minimum of 5 years' experience in a position directly related to business development for DOD and/or Federal civilian agencies, preferably in various marketsFull Knowledge of the federal procurements process, as well as a strong, proven capability to apple process-driven capture approaches throughout the business capture life cycleCapture experience in the DOD/Federal market requiredProven track record in capturing or working on major programsPrevious performance as a Capture Manager or in a lead capture role on at least 3 winning procurements with individual values in excess of $50M each (single award contracts or task ordersWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and supports the contributions of each individual.
