We are searching for a Software Developer to join our team in Arlington, VA. This is a corporate FP&A financial analyst position in our corporate office. job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will have the ability to distill complex financial data into clear, concise executive summaries and will be a confident communicator. As a Financial Analyst, you will own the monthly reporting processes, financial planning, profitability analysis and complete complex ad-hoc analyses as needed. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain advanced Excel models to support financial planning and analysis. Prepare monthly financial reports highlighting key business insights and trends. Maintain annual forecast and develop multi-year plan for the company. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management. Synthesize complex financial data and metrics and present findings in a logical executive summary for leadership. Ensure financial records for assigned departments are up to date. Perform product and client profitability analysis. Conduct market scans and addressable market analysis as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Able to quickly adapt to changing requirements. Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, or similar role, within a SaaS or Consulting company Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel to develop complex financial models and improve efficiency of current processes. Experience with SaaS Optics, Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, and OpenAir is a plus. Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex information usable at an executive level including advanced trend and data analysis. Ability to take directives and work with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; intellectual curiosity to dig into the details and make recommendations for improvement. CPA is a plus. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in a SaaS company, particularly familiarity with ARR metrics. Understanding of the unique financial dynamics and metrics relevant to a SaaS business model. CPA is a plus.
