We develop solutions to data complexities to help our clients achieve optimal finance transformation and meet their digital controllership goals and objectives.QualificationsRequired:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must possess a Bachelor s Degree from accredited United States college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems Consulting experience in any of the following areas: business process improvement, financial management policies and procedures, financial system integrations, etc.2+ years of experience improving internal control objectives or government accounting and transaction processesExperience performing IT or financial statement audits and/or auditability assessmentsKnowledge of either FISCAM, NIST 800-53, Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR), Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 or OMB Circular A-123 documentation testing and reporting requirementsExperience as a team lead responsible for mentoring and coaching.Expert level experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create client deliverables.Must be open to travel up to 50%.Preferred:Familiarity with U.S. government financial accounting systemsCertifications including CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFAYou may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.How you'll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
