Come join us A Group Manager within the OCM Advisory Practice represents the Organizational Change capability in pursuits and provides engagement leadership, execution, and tactical project coordination with Director oversight. Most OCM pursuits and projects align to Business Transformations (ERP/CRM), Collaboration and Security (M365 suite), Data & AI Adoption (GenAI/AI, Copilot, PowerBI, etc.), or Strategic Change (Op Model & Org Design, M&A, Change COE) with a small team of OCM practitioners at the Manager, Sr. Consultant and Consultant level. An Avanade OCM Advisory Group Manager has in-depth experience in the following endeavors: Building lasting relationships with both clients and internal business development and solution area teams Storytelling and storyboarding in client deliverables and RFPs, with both an eye for detail and leading and upskilling junior practitioners to do the same Defining the strategic vision and management and measurement of related change journey in partnership with clients Driving successful adoption of change initiatives within the client s organization and leading conversations with both client and project teams in organizational change related topics Owning delivery management activities related to OCM workstream, including project plan development, status metrics and reporting, and stakeholder management Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement change models Developing and executing strategic learning or training curriculum plans, including management of offshore training developers, to prepare individuals for success during and after the change Assessing organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps Playing a key role in business development and expanding the footprint at existing clients or origination at new clients Required / Mandatory Qualifications (please read): Previous relevant management consulting professional services firm experience, preferably with a global management consultancy firm. Seven+ years of experience in a client facing Organizational Change role with digital transformation, technical & functional project experience and prior experience with ERP/CRM Transformation Relevant undergraduate degree Experience working in cross-functional and complex, highly matrixed teams Experience in leading pursuits and justifying the organizational change value proposition for an engagement with both internal and client stakeholders Outstanding communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills Ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid, complex environments Expert in the Microsoft Office product suite Preferred Role Qualifications: A relevant Advanced Degree or an MBA Industry experience in one of the following industries Resources (O&G, Energy), Healthcare, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, CMT, and Financial Services Enjoy your career Top-shelf clients our clients accelerate value by being bold, imaginative and fast.
