The Configuration, Change, & Release Lead is part of an agile team that protects and supports those who protect us. Our team is looking for a detail-orientated lead to support our technical team that develops and engineers new infrastructure solutions and tools.What You'll Get to Do:Support the technical writing, configuration management, requirements management, change management, testing, training, and logistical support of hardware, software or systemsSupport the change control board process by reviewing the proposed changes in advance, analyzing potential change impact, and clearly articulate it in writing and at the Change Control Board meetingPlans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as solution specificationsDevelop and maintain documentation relating to business processes and/or technical processesDevelop and maintain technical documentation to include standard operating procedures and presentations for various approval and change management boardsWork across development, test, and production instances to implement, administer and maintain configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of program productsBalance the technical implementation of configuration management tools, with the identification of process requirements and resource coordination to achieve configuration management best practicesSynthesize processes that span teams, coordinating inputs and outputs, to capitalize on efficiencies and produce high quality productsCoordinate and lead internal configuration management boardsReview all deliverables for quality prior to submission to the customerCreating Configuration Change Board documentation, such as: agendas, briefing materialsYou ll Bring These Qualifications:Ability to attain DHS EODBA + 10 years of experience, AA + 12 years of experience, or 16 years of experienceDemonstrated experience performing configuration management activities, to include:Working in DevOps environmentsClear and Concise communicatorUnderstanding of DHS SELC/SDLCExperience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM tools.Preferred QualificationsConfiguration Management certification (Configuration Management II - CMII)ITIL v4 FoundationsWhat We Can Offer You:We ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation s highest priorities.For over 55 years, the principles of CACI s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
