This position will be in Baltimore, MD.The individual will be expected to:Perform the Lead Role for the Non MRP/Engineering Procurement Requisition Team at the Baltimore facility.Assist with Training for all team members as well as process/procedure reviews periodically.Assist with the assignment of work/requests to team.Follow-up with all team members on assigned work as needed.Support problem solving needs of the team & assist with developing resolutions aligned with established policies/procedures.Assist customers with strategies on how to structure requests compliant with established policies/procedures.Assist customers with resolutions regarding their requests.Provide oversight, training, and support for department tools M922 PrOP request/change forms, Non-MRP Mailbox and Assignment/Processing logs.Function as Subject Matter Expert for iBuy/SRM & its S4HANA replacement, SAP/One ERP & the S4HANA system, and Global Supply Chain (GSC) processes as they relate to the Non MRP process.Design, prepare and deliver training materials for Sector and Local Non MRP requisitioners, as well as engineering, GSC and manufacturing customers.Co-Lead development of Non-MRP LX training curriculumCo-Chair Non MRP Community of Practice - plan objectives, conduct meetings, create agenda.Provide oversight of Sector M922 Command Media procedure- training, interpretations, changes to documents, perform Sector assessments.Create and act upon metrics for Non MRP process.Assist with Sector Auditing activities related to non-MRP procurement activities.Project Management lead various department initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Promote and Lead Team Building activities.Demonstrate a proficiency of using NG supplied tools ZOOM, SKYPE, etc. especially with a remote workforceDevelop & Lead projects that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within the department and non-MRP functions.Provide direct support to Non MRP ManagerAssist with any cross-discipline teams this department supports.This is not a Manager job. This is an individual contributor role.Basic Qualifications for a Senior Principal Analyst:Bachelor s degree with 6 years of relevant cross discipline experience within Operations, MRP, Production Control, Engineering or Supply Chain; 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.Intermediate Power point, MS Excel, Zoom/Skype, data analysis and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of MRP and Supply Chain / Procurement fundamentalsUnderstanding of Receiving/Shipping/Transportation fundamentalsSAP experience with Material Planning and Supply Chain transactionsAPICS CPIM Certification is a plus.Salary Range: $102,200.00 - $153,200.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
