We are headquartered in Phoenix, AZ near the Deer Valley Airport while operating virtually around the United States.This is an in office or telecommute position for the right candidate. This position reports directly to the CEO.The primary contribution of the role is to drive client retention and success by delivering customer oriented solutions. They will provide excellent project management delivering projects on-time and on-budget. They will communicate effectively with clients, casting the overall vision and setting and managing clear expectations. They will have the ability to manage external contractors but also to use their technical abilities to drive results. Success in this role will deliver 70% customer retention at identified gross margins.

Responsibilities

Managing client and vendor relationshipsUsing your own technical abilities to drive results and "get the job done" especially in the realm of SEO.Communicating with customers and contractors via phone, email, & video conferencingDevelopment and planning, casting the vision, communicating, and creating expectationsTechnical solutions implementation & quality controlUp-selling and cross selling new products to existing clientsEducation on products and expected outcomesQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Digital eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Online Advertising or related field.Minimum of 3 years- experience in SEOMinimum of 3 years- experience leading a team. Includes ability to create a compelling vision, demonstrate flexibility in approach, define/lead change, influence and motivate others to achieve desired results. Ability to build, actively develop, and effectively manage diverse teams.Minimum of 3 years previous experience with:Medium-to-high traffic websitesKeyword analysis & tools with an aptitude for competitive analysis, benchmarking and performance metricsWeb analytics software or similar web metrics toolsGood familiarity with SEO related tools including: http header check, keyword research, rankings, inbound / outbound link, PageRank checker, competitive analysis tools, code validation, Google Webmaster Tools, BrightEdge, etc.Understanding of SEO opportunities with emerging technologies including, social media, mobile search, video search, etc.Strong consultative skills and the ability to achieve client business objectives across functional boundariesAn energized self-starter who can work independently; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player that works well with counterparts from various functions/departments and has the ability to influence the work of counterparts without direct reporting accountabilityDemonstrated experience with digital marketing and advertising executionDemonstrated experience with managing Website and mobile and other Digital Commerce directivesDemonstrated experience with digital campaign analytics and reportingSolid understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practicesSolid understanding of mobile and tablet industry platforms, devices and trendsExperience or understanding of paid search and website measurement and analyticsProven skill in working across multiple and distinct functional organizations (e.g., brand marketing, Digital Commerce, international) in support of specific business prioritiesEffective written and oral communications skillsDemonstrated experience and success in a highly matrixed cross functional organizationSelf-starter comfortable working independentlyDemonstrates self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and satisfy Internet speed-to-market requirements.Skilled at establishing effective relationships with internal and external partners
