SERVPRO of Alexandria/Marlton/Morningside is looking to add an Fire & Content Division Manager to our team!

The Fire & Content Division Manager will be report to the General Manger and be responsible for managing the restoration division. As an Fire & Content Division Manager , you will lead the day-to-day activities within the facility and ensure that job schedules and products meet the customers quality standards at minimum costs.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Customer and Client Satisfaction

a. Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction.

b. Deal with conflict resolution damages.

Division Management

a. Monitor volume of work.

b. Develop departmental budgets for Operations Manager or Owner approval.

c. Manage all aspects of fire & content division.

d. Complete all required uploads accurately and on-time.

Operations Management

a. Manage daily operations of fire & content team.

b. Validate potential fire & content leads.

c. Ensure the Fire & Content team follows the proper work process.

d. Review and evaluate estimates created by Fire & Content Project Managers.

e. Perform tasks as a Project Manager to assist Fire & Content team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.).

f. Assist Fire & Content Project Managers with budgeting and bidding.

Communication Management

a. Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with fire & content team.

b. Ensure two-way communication with all other divisions.

Team Management

a. Manage individual Project Managers to work together with the Fire & Content Crew Chiefs.

b. Train Fire & Content Project Managers & Crew Chiefs.

c. Conduct periodic performance reviews with individual Fire & Content team members.

d. Ensure employee compliance with all company policies.

General

a. Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of positions for Fire & Content department.

b. Vetting and training new hires

i. Create/Review training development plan.

ii. Create/Review Orientation Plan

iii. Participate in assessments of weekly check-in meetings and monthly evaluation meetings.

c. Participating in Leadership Meetings

d. Participating in training offered on SERVPRO Net

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

Previous fire & content management experience.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.

Effective written and oral communication.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
