Req #10674Tuesday, April 30, 2024Title: Project ManagerDepartment: Marketing & Business DevelopmentReports To: VP of Global Marketing & Business DevelopmentJob Overview: Our company is experiencing an exciting period of growth, involving market expansion, internal technology implementations, and innovation. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Project Manager to lead key growth-related projects that will directly impact our current 3-year growth strategy; e.g., eCommerce implementation, CRM implementation, a Growth Initiatives tracking tool, Market Share analysis, and upcoming projects related to our 3-year strategic growth plan to double revenues. This multifaceted role encompasses projects within marketing, operations, sales, and customer success, etc.Responsibilities and Duties:Oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to keep projects on-time and within budget.Raise issues/challenges, as needed, and gain consensus regarding decisions and next steps to keep projects moving forward.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the successful execution of projects.Ensure resource availability and allocations align across geographies, as needed, to deliver projects successfully.Lead cross-functional resources to ensure alignment of the project goals and outcomes, while also managing the external project partners associated with each project.Identify and communicate innovative ideas that will stem from ongoing projects; ensure these ideas are captured within the correct framework for consideration that may lead to additional growth and company success.Qualifications:Proven working experience in managing project efforts management and product development.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean).PMP, or related project management certification, is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
