Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline CloudFormation, Terraform 2 years of individual contribution and problem solving Containerization of applications -

1 Year individual contribution Source code repositories 1 year Windows/Linux/Bash Shell Scripting 3-4 years of Experience Networking and security Knowledge Good communicator and problem solving skills Good to Have:- Python, Docker, Kubernetes .

To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholdersTo ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues facedTo validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planningTo perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators or team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required.To ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets or incident as per the agreed SLA
