CCO Technology is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager on the Solution Delivery team. As a product manager, you will utilize hybrid-agile delivery methods to drive the regular release of new service-enhancing features and solutions powered by SaaS applications. In this role you will act as product manager on an hybrid-agile dev team, translate customer needs into requirements, and manage the product backlog to maximize the value of the team s delivery and products in your portfolio.

The Solution Delivery team partners with stakeholders from Clear Channel s Corporate and Regional offices to enhance and improve the technologies that they use every day to perform their job. This includes HR and Financial Systems, Productivity Tools, API, IAM, BI, Content Portals, and Project and Workflow Management systems. We are an integral part of ensuring that Clear Channel Outdoor operates smoothly and meets our commitment of excellence to our customers

Job DescriptionPartner with your business stakeholders to set product vision, establish strategic priorities, build product roadmaps and delivery plansDevelop a deep understanding of your customer s wants and needs and effectively represent the voice of the customer on your teamOwn and manage the team s product backlog, and be accountable for maximizing the impact and value of the team s outputFacilitate the development of user stories and bring clarity to what needs to be built, for whom, and whyEstablish and measure KPIs that bring transparency to product success and business value delivered to key stakeholdersEnsure Transparency with all stakeholders and elicit feedback frequently to ensure the product direction matches changing business needs.Evaluate product capabilities regularly to maximize investments and expose new or emerging capabilities to meet customer demand.

About You

You have worked as a product manager (or similar) on an hybrid-agile team delivering enterprise-class business software, technology services and/or supportYou have strong empathy for your product users, and obsessively champion their needs with your engineering teamYou are exceptional at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the contextYou know how to manage a product backlog, and are fanatical about prioritization and maximizing the value yield of your teamYou possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teamsYou are passionate about what you do and have a high interest in keeping up with current best-practices in your areas of expertise

Job Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (preferably business administration, information systems, or computer science) or comparable work experience5+ years full-time employment in technology-related roles (i.e., technology consulting, corporate IT, tech startup) with increasing levels of responsibility5+ years managing the delivery of enterprise-class business software, technology services and/or support3+ years successfully leading & managing a team3+ years developing business requirements and technical specs at progressive levels of detail (i.e., epics, features, user stories)3+ years utilizing hybrid-agile delivery methods, practices, and frameworks (ie., Scrum, Kanban, FDD, Lean)3+ years developing domain knowledge of core Salesforce business functions, processes and enabling technologies

Management Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate additional trainings opportunities for team members.Complete team member performance evaluations and manage performance review and compensation process for their team members with support from HR.Contribute to the maintenance of a product technology roadmaps and backlog and the application of architectural standards in the team s deliverablesProvides coaching, mentoring and oversight of each team member to promote continuous improvement and professional developmentDevelop and execute on-going improvements for processes related to the team (e.g. resource management and support processes).Acts as a mentor to less experienced company colleagues.Assists with the training and onboarding of new hires.Encourage and lead teams to do their work in a way that minimizes key-person dependencies and knowledge silos
