The Senior Appian Developer will provide expertise in data modeling, system integrations, best practices, and application testing. This role involves collaboration with architecture/development teams, participation in design and implementation reviews, and ensuring operational readiness for critical business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Oversight of Requirements Gathering and Interpretation:
- Provide leadership in the requirements gathering process, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Oversee infrastructure impacts across the portfolio pipeline.
- Clarify requirements when necessary and ensure understanding of business reasons behind requirements.
- Lead or participate in design and implementation reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure key business initiatives and core engineering projects meet operational readiness standards before production.
- Provide deep expertise in data modeling and system integrations to optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with development teams on best practices and application testing.
- Collaborate in business planning sessions with architecture and development teams.
- Offer technology guidance to align with strategic plans and business strategies.
- Conduct reviews of existing solutions, identifying and addressing issues, gaps, and areas for improvement related to resiliency, risk, and performance.
- Provide technology guidance to support strategic plans and business strategies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of technology roadmaps.
- Demonstrate hands-on coding expertise in Appian.
- Lead or participate in peer reviews and contribute to the design of effective and scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a focus on large-scale projects.
- In-depth understanding of data modeling, system integrations, and application testing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with design and implementation reviews.
- Ability to provide technology guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Appian coding, peer reviews, and solution design.
